Mr. Akshar Modi is a Chartered Accountant by profession, and he has recently completed CPA (US) in 2022, having practising licence from the Washington state board of accountancy.
Since 2019, Mr. Modi is working with one of the prestigious projects for the community in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates i.e. BAPS HINDU MANDIR, A Spiritual oasis of Global Harmony, as a Chartered Accountant, HR and compliance Head.
Throughout his professional career, Mr. Modi has been involved in some of the most prominent services viz. business set up, taxation, cross-border transactions, financial restructuring exercises of companies in the UAE region etc.
He has worked with JSW Steel Ltd, HO (Mumbai) in Indirect Tax Division,
Mr. Modi has also done his Article ship during his professional studies from BJS and Associates where he got experience in diverse fields which covers Stat Audit, Govt Audit, Bank Audit, Book Keeping, Taxation and advisory services etc.
Mr. Modi has pursued his master's from Gujarat University in 2019.

Ms. Hiral Shah is a highly accomplished director at our firm, with a Master's degree in Commerce with a specialization in Accountancy. With over 15 years of experience as a sole proprietor in India, she has successfully provided services to numerous clients in the areas of complete bookkeeping, GST return filling, income tax return filling, company incorporation, and all ROC compliances.
Ms. Shah's expertise and knowledge in the field of finance make her an invaluable asset to our team. Additionally, she has honed her skills by working as an accountant in UAE for two years with N.R. Doshi & Partners, further adding to her rich experience.

Mr. Apurv B. Shah (CA, ISA), an Associate Advisor of the company is a Fellow Member of the ICAI - has the experience and knowledge in diverse fields such as management & financial audit, taxation, debt indication and company law matters. Mr. Apurv Shah is a Managing Partner of BJS & Associates, Chartered Accountants - Leading CA firm based in Gujarat, India (www.bjsandassociates.com).
He has spent five years at Dubai, UAE as Sr. Audit manager and was also responsible for specialized software design and developments. He led the team and was instrumental in designing the Visual Win gold The Gold jewellery accounting software targeted at the biggest Gold retailers in the Middle East.
Furthermore, he has also worked as Principal at Audit & Assurance division and handled the statutory audit of limited companies like Windsor Machines Limited, Sanghi Industries Limited, GSEC Limited, Space vision and several startups like Nepra Group, VentureX, Aividetch Infovition.

He has the experience and knowledge of diverse fields such as management & financial analysis, project finance, statutory audit and internal audit. He is qualified as CA in the year 2017 scoring 35th Rank in CA final examination on all over India basis.
